PD ( 6,1 )

1 Upton’s Ragnolds Fantastic Mr Fox to Tragus. What a cracking young man who must have a very bright future. Good size, with the required substance but showing no signs of coarseness. Beautifully balanced throughout, best of heads with a lovely eye and expression, very clean over the neck and shoulders, well developed body for his age, best of quarters, in excellent coat of good texture, sound positive mover with great reach and drive, RBIS, RBD & BPIS.

2 Turton’s Odd Job of Blamtrinever. Not as mature as the winner but of excellent make and shape throughout. Balanced head of good proportions, good eye colour. Pleasing reach of neck set in well placed shoulders, firm level topline, good bend of stifle. Moved out well once he got into his stride.

3 Edmond’s Herlinga Baxter.

GD ( 3 )

1 Collier’s Belatarr Dizzy Gillespie. Pleasing size with a good height to length ratio. Good head and eye, best of legs and feet, strong muscular neck , good layback of shoulder. Excellent depth of chest with plenty of heart room, well rounded hindquarters, moved soundly.

2 Stephenson’s Leiborschy Lincoln of Fryerfold. Impressive type who was put down in excellent coat and condition. Lovely muscle tone throughout and was definitely ‘fit for function’. Pleasing head and expression, well developed body, moved freely, just preferred the more balanced outlook of the winner.

3 Godfrey’s Tragus Kestral.

PGD ( 4, 1 )

1 Aldridge’s Gwaithmaes Shameless. Very well made throughout, pleasing outline and built on flowing lines. Excellent bone and substance, balanced head of good proportions, pleasing eye and expression. Best of front assemblies, level topline that he held on the move, good width of quarters, best of coats, sound on the move.

2 Belataar Dizzy Gillespie.

3 Tragus Kestral.

LD ( 4,1 )

1 Harper’s Pitswarren Sirocco. Have admired this dog from the ringside and was not disappointed when having the opportunity to go over him. Quality throughout and of lovely type. So beautifully balanced and of excellent proportions. Has the bone and substance to show he is all male but shows no sign of coarseness. Best of heads, good eye shape and colour. Stands on excellent legs and feet, firm well muscled body, good strength of loin, correctly made hindquarters in excellent coat of good texture. Moved out soundly on a free and easy stride, BIS & BD.

2 McLeish’s Cwsscwn Cadiz. A different stamp and style to the winner but of good size and presents a pleasing outline. Good head shape, plenty of facial furnishings that were lacking in some. Pleasing front, firm level top line, good tailset and carriage, moved well.

3 Godfrey’s Tragus Rudo.

She really comes into her own on the move, so sound with excellent reach and drive, BOS & BB.
