Memberships are renewed annually on the 1st January, regardless of joining date.
Members are required to abide by the HWVA code of ethics.
Members are also requested to follow the HWVA members code of conduct. This is compulsary for Breeder Scheme members.
The Committee reserve the right to refuse membership applications. Submission of your information through the website or payment of membership fees does not guarantee your membership will be approved. Anyone refused membership will have any fees paid in respect of that membership refunded.
DATA PROTECTION ACT – Membership details of name and addresses (both geographical & electronic) together with contact telephone numbers will be stored on the HWVA Database. They will only be used for HWVA purposes and will not be passed to anyone outside the HWVA Committee without prior consent. By applying or renewing your membership on this website you are giving us permission to use your email address to contact you with regard to your membership.
In order to keep unwanted emails to a minimum, your account on this website and the corresponding email address will only be used to send important HWVA communications and information. We have a separate mailing list for those wishing to be kept informed about events. You can register for this mailing list here and are unable to unsubscribe from it at any point.
